We are looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative, clerical, and scheduling support to our team.
Essential functions include:
Candidates should have at least 1 year of administrative experience in the construction industry (C10 contractor experience is preferred), as well as a general understanding of accounting and use of cost tracking / management programs such as timberline or similar products.
Candidates must have the following skills: excellent verbal and written communication, extensive use of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly excel), ability to communicate and interact with a wide variety of personalities, excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter and work independently, and be detail oriented.
